Shri. M S Rama Rao (Mooganayakanakote Subbanna Rama Rao) who joined Mysore Tobacco Company and worked as an Field Supervisor, and retired as an Technical Officer in 1969.
MS Rama Rao had a passion towards accounting needs and he was also rendering his accounting services for Wholesale Grocery Merchants of Bangalore, was the genesis of MSR Consultants. He built a reputation for providing quality and professional service to small and medium business groups enabling them to comply the statutory requirements of Commercial Tax Department, Apart from handling various Sales Tax Cases, Assessments, Filing Returns, and Check-Post Issues etc., till his last breath in November 1998.
His Passion towards the profession apart from hard work, dedication and sincerity the MSR Consultants in four decades has many prestigious clients not only from Bangalore but also from other parts of the country
Now the legacy established by M.S.Rama Rao, is carried by his Family Members who have followed the path laid down by him who is the eternal guiding force in the growth of the Organisation.
